Empowering Voices: A Roundtable Discussion on Theater and Autism

Autismo Sevilla held an important activity yesterday within the SDIT project. The roundtable, held at Viento Sur Teatro, brought together experts to discuss and share ideas on empowering autistic people through theatre.

Moderated by Rocío Cuadrelli, the discussion focused on identifying challenges and strategies for implementing theatre-based projects for autistic people. Participants shared their experiences and insights, highlighting the importance of creating inclusive and supportive environments where autistic people can express themselves freely and develop their creative potential.

The SDIT project "Self-Determination and Inclusion through Theater" aims to promote the participation of autistic people in theatre activities, fostering their self-determination, social inclusion, and personal development. The project is funded by the Erasmus+ European Program and involves the collaboration of organizations from Portugal, Italy and Spain.
